He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Patterson and Gertrude Patterson (Teetor); his son Michael Patterson; and his siblings, Junior Patterson, Donald Patterson, David Patterson, Richard Patterson, Brenda Davis and Anita Sprankle.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Bock; his son Kevin Patterson (Tessie) of Maryville, IL; his grandchildren, Kayla Patterson, Leah Patterson, Joey Patterson and Joshua Patterson; and his sister Linda Storms.
