She is survived by: her cousin Maggie Phillips Griggs; her daughters, Harelyn Johnson (Turner Brooks), Marsha Johnson of Madison, Illinois, Kathleen Johnson Newby of Florissant, MO and Charlsie Wilson (Mitchell) of Lenexa, KS; her grandchildren, Terrilyn Lanton of Northwoods, MO and Elvers Brooks of Lenexa, KS; and her sister Luzellia Gardner (family: Adrienne Allen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors.
