She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kamadulski and Fronie Kamadulski of Nashville, IL; and her husband Pete Kostecki. She is survived by: her children, Marie (Gale Midyett), Patti (John Culiberk), Pete, Dan Kostecki and John Kamadulski (Lisa); her grandchildren, John Lee Culiberk (Nancy), Sarah Sorenson, Melanie Scaturro, Natalie Kamadulski and Stephanie Midyett; her great grandchildren, Laney, Abby Sorenson, Ellie Rose Holmes and Royce Dossett; her niece Sherry Kamadulski Hutchinson; her siblings, Stanley Kamadulski (Maria), Lorraine Kuberski and Mary Kuberski (Charlie); and her sister-in-law Sophie Evanoff. She is also survived by foster parents.
