She is survived by: her mother Imogene Richmond (Gamble); her husband Gary Campbell; her children, Tonya Campbell (Donna) and Gary Campbell (Cathy); her grandchildren, Zac Campbell (Sabrina), Maurie Campbell (Sydney), Logan Campbell, Dravin Campbell and Memphis Campbell; her great grandchild Beckett Campbell; and her brother Don Richmond.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Pamela's name.
