He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Votoupal (Kim) of Granite City, IL, Jolene Cosper (Rick) of Edwardsville, IL, Joseph Votoupal III (Karen) of Alton, IL, Vicki Trawick of Granite City, IL, Debbie Wills of Round Rock, TX, Terry Varner (Doug) of Granite City, IL, Michael Votoupal (Angela) of Maryville, IL, Beth Revelle of Granite City, IL and Lorene Hoppe (Clyde) of Madison, IL; and his sister Marlene Trower (David) of Edwardsville, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
