He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Foley and Lucia Foley (Saucier); his wife Denise Foley (Mangiaracino); and his brother Edward Foley. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Foley of Granite City and Jared Foley of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Landon Foley of Benld and Lorelai Foley of Benld, Illinois; and his sister Meridel Buscher of Brighton. He is also survived by family members and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Venice History Committee.
