He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Hall and Cora Hall (Blevins); his daughter Elizabeth Liszewski; and his siblings, Robert Hall, Roy Hall, James Hall, Henley Hall, Louis Hall, Harvey Lee Hall, Georgia Henderson, Bertha Ann Hall and Rosie Sawyer.
He is survived by: his wife Juana Jean McIntire; his children, Roberta Bellovich of Granite City, IL, Rebecca Dailey (Ray) of Granite City, IL and Charles Hall, Jr. of Madison, IL; his sister Minerva Thompson of Aberdeen, MD; and his friend Bill Moore of Granite City, IL.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 30 great-great grandchildren.
