He is survived by: his parent Berniece Kuca (Gawalek); his spouses, Dorothy Lapinski and Dorothy Kuca of Madison, IL; his brother Frank Kuca; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Kuca of O'Fallon, IL, Phyllis Dudak and Stephen Dudak of Granite City, IL; his nieces and nephews, Frank Kuca (Kelly), James Kuca (Susan), Steven Kuca, Arlene Martin (Roger), Phil Dudak and Pam Hessler (Mark); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andi Hessler, Ryan Hessler, Ryan Martin, Blake Martin, Jessica Kuca, Allison Bartholemew (Chad), Alex Kuca and August Kuca. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Mary & St. Mark Catholic Parish or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
