He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Kula (Wysciskalla) of Dubois, IL; and his son Daryl. He is survived by: his niece Donise Georgeff (Dwayne); his grandchildren, William D. Hawk of Glen Carbon, IL, Wendy A. Hawk of Glen Carbon, IL., Andrew David (late Carrie), Gabrielle David and Matthew David (Laurel Bretz); and his great grandchildren, Piper David and Lilly Belle David.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Cecelia Catholic Church in Glen Carbon, IL.
