He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Wooters; his sons, Derek (Shalini) of Baton Rouge, LA and Brett of Perrysburg, OH; his brother-in-law Jeff Wooters (Heather) of Shelbyville; his nephews, Brayton and Harrison Wooters; and his friend Dave.
