It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha J. Prince of Macon, Illinois, born in Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Hope Prince; her grandparents, Charles, Alberta Jenkins, Robert, Catherine Hudson, Allen R. Payne and Betty Lassiter; her uncles, David Jenkins, Robert Hudson, Jr. and Jeffrey Payne; and her father-in-law Brian S. Prince.

She is survived by: her husband Brian Prince; her children, Ava, Owen Jensen and Harper Prince; her parents, Lori Hudson of Findlay, IL and Michael Payne of Springfield, IL; her brother Michael Payne of Findlay, IL; her grandmothers, Claire "Penny" Payne of Springfield, IL and Louise Beck; and her mother-in-law Kathy Prince.
