He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper P. "Jack" Kelley and Jane Fulk Kelley Whitaker; his son Jack Lee Kelley; and his siblings, Frank L. Kelley and Irene Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Kelley Harrison of Villa Grove, Misty Getz of Decatur, Brandy McGee-Bushby of Plainfield, Kimberly Faulke-Havner of Decatur and Amanda White of Whitwell, TN; his grandchildren, Christopher Harrison, Nichole Harrison, Dakota Getz, Erika Getz, Chelsea Getz and Cameron Getz; and his sister Susan Henry of Tuscola. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
