He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall and Edna Hall (Adcock) of Oakley, IL.; his siblings, Linda Birch, Jerry Hall, Charles Hall (Charlie) and Robert Hall (Bob); and his granddaughter Tamara Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Budde (Peggy); his children, Tony Hall (Teri) of South Shores, Terry Hall of Decatur, Louis Hall, Jr. (Linda) of Las Vegas, NV, Phillip Grinslade (Sara) of Peoria and Laurie Owens (Steven) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Tony Wilson, Tricia Wilson, Timothy Wilson, Neva Ann Hall, Misty Salmons, Jennifer Hall, Andrew Hall, Christina Hall, Kody Grinslade, Phillip Grinslade Jr., Olivia Owens and Sydnie Owens; and his brother William Hall (Willie). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
