With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Mae Lancaster of Macon, Illinois, born in Moweaqua, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Carroll and Trenna Carroll (Jones); her husband Charles H. "Muggs" Lancaster; her son Richard "Muggs" Lancaster; and her siblings, Joyce Carroll, Richard Carroll and Kenny Carroll.
She is survived by: her children, Hollie Morris (Craig, Sr.) of Mt. Zion, IL, Patricia Cox (John) of Macon, IL and Shelley Lancaster of Macon, IL; her brother Tom Carroll (Pat) of Redondo Beach, CA; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Carroll of Moweaqua, IL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
