He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Nellie Hoffman (Poole); and his siblings, Gene Hoffman of Clinton, IL and Faye Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn June Hoffman; and his children, Ronald Edward Hoffman (Janet) of Fisher, IL, David Randall "Randy" Hoffman of Lovington, IL and Timothy Scott Hoffman (Laura) of Oakley, IL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice Ed was born August 16, 1925 in Clinton, IL, the son of William and Nellie (Poole) Hoffman.
