He is survived by: his spouse Harriet Miller of Latham; his children, Ann Edgecombe (John) of Jacksonville and Richard McGuire (Jan Smith) of Union Pier; his grandchildren, Jason Edgecombe (Kathryn), Adam Edgecombe (Laura), Bly McGuire (Jimmie Sue) and Lyndsey Denton (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Madelyn Edgecombe, Holden Edgecombe and Rory Denton; his friends, Tom Howell, Cathy Howell, Roger Edgecombe, Karen Edgecombe, Gloria Colebar, Clay Colebar, Sandra Brooks and Melanie McGuire; his son Charles Thomas McGuire; his grandson Thomas Allen McGuire; his sisters, Annalou Hensey and Dorothy Braden; and his nephews, Jerry Burns, Steve Braden, Ron Braden and Tom Howell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Allen McGuire Memorial Scholarship Fund and Illini Church.
