He is survived by: his wife Misty Dailey; his brother Mike; his mothers-in-law, Jill Bates (Richard Paquin) and Jennifer Dailey; his sisters-in-law, Mindy Hickle (Shaun) and Megan Craver (Rob); and his nieces, Chloe and Brooklyn Hickle.
