In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis and Katherine Francis (Crnich); and his brother Joseph Francis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Snakenberg; his children, Michael J. Francis (Pam) of Springfield and Andrea Francis of Bushnell, Illinois; his grandchildren, Brody and Maille Francis; and his sister Kathleen DeBoer. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
