He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jamison White of Vancouver, Heather Michell White of Kelso and Jennifer Lynn Brown of Portland, Oregon; his grandchildren, Alexandra White, Ethan Cole White, Trace Anderson White, L'izaBethRose Reagan White (Fin), Brayden Renae Brown and Alexander Patrick Brown; and his siblings, Lola Culp, Gerry White and Mary Robinson.
