He was predeceased by: his mother Norma McDonald. He is survived by: his father Gerald McDonald; his sister Jane Murphy (David); his niece Kate Cobb; his nephew Josh Murphy (Annie); and his great-nieces, Ellie and Audrey Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the McDonough County Humane Society, MDH Hospice, or the First Presbyterian Church.
