She is survived by: her mother Vicki Petticrew Heap (Bob) of Florida; her children, Kaylee Boyd and D. J. York of Macomb; her significant other Shannon Allen of Macomb; her pet Daisy Mae; her brother Chad Heap (Bianca) of Florida; her aunt Janis Ford (Jim) of Burlington; and her uncle Lonne Heap of Monmouth.
