He was predeceased by: his father Robert Bay. He is survived by: his mother Carol Rutledge Bay of Ellington, Missouri; his children, Sara Bay (Theron Hill) of Lewistown, Sarah Wallick (Ryan Bradley) of Macomb and Matthew Bay of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Kinzie Taylor of Macomb and Madison Tigrett of Macomb; his girlfriend Dawn Casteel; and his siblings, Jerry Bay, Michael Bay, Vicki Holt (Steve) and AnneMarie Shepard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home (303 E Washington St, Macomb, IL 61455). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the MacOmb VFW (1200 E Jefferson St, Macomb, IL 61455).
