She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Noecker and Rosaemma Noecker; her in-laws, William "Bill" and Dorothy Hocker; her brother Thomas Noecker; and her son-in-law Dean Ruebush.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Ruebush of Macomb, Ann Resto (Ozzy) of Demopolis, AL and Will Hocker (Joyce) of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Jessica Lambert (Seth) of Macomb, Victor Resto (Kristen) of Altus, OK, Elizabeth Bancroft (Josh) of St. Louis, MO, Rachel Lawver (Matt) of Macomb, William Don Hocker of Highland, IL, Melisa Resto of Columbus, GA and Kate Hocker of Highland, IL; her great grandchildren, Addison, Rhett Lambert, Ezran, Rayla Resto and Joey Lawver; and also Charles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the University Baptist Church (315 N Sherman Ave, Macomb, IL 61455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
