He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parks and Eleanor Barrett Parks; his wife Anne V. Tokarchuk; and his siblings, Karen Stewart and Richard Parks.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Louderman of Macomb and Sandy Chipman (Dean) of Ipava; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Parks of Macomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
