He was predeceased by: his parents, Keros Fowler and Barbara Cooper Fowler; and his brother Richard Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Barclay (Jeremy) of Industry, Michelle Davies (Cass) of Rock Springs, Brenda Fowler of Industry, Patrick Phillips (Heather) of Macomb and Kurtis Fowler of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Cassidy Lundgren, Markie Phillips, Olivia Davies, Savanna Davies, Koner Fouts and Kaydon Fowler; and his sister Pam Sheltrown (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
