It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Marie Walter of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Russ (Bill). She is survived by: her mother Marcia Russ (Shaw) of Manchester; her husband Dan Walter of Paul's Catholic Church; her children, Bryce and Ainsley Walter; and her siblings, Diane Roling (Dan) of Earlville, Linda Lahr (Greg) of Delaware, Cheryl Dietiker (Rick) of Hopkinton and Steven Russ of Manchester Iowa.
Karen's final wish was: Please do not send flowers! If you would like to help preserve the memory of this wonderful lady, consider a donation to the newly created Karen M. Walter Memorial FFA Scholarship.
