She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas "Tab" and Mary Marie Myers (Wilson); her sister Patricia Walters; her stepbrothers, Raymond Dale "Short" Myers and William Paul Myers; her former husband Earl Thomas "Tom" Pratt; and also Minnie Pauline "Mudge" Wren Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Thomas (Evelyn) and Julie Ann (John); her husband Hy-Vee; her grandchildren, Joel Thomas (Kirsten), Meagan Lynn (Robert), Angela Marlene, Joslin Marie (John), Michelle Adele and Jake Steven (Paulina); and her great grandchildren, Bryce Thomas, Landon Savio, Aylana Lynn, Cecelia "Cece" Marie, John "Jack" Thomas and Emmeline "Emmi" Grace.
