James L. Rule Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2023, at the age of 84, James L. Rule of Macomb, Illinois, born in Memphis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rule and Bernice Rule (Burgess); his sister Linda Rukgarber; and his brother-in-law Mike Rukgarber. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ryner; his children, Jeff Rule (Pat) of Dardenne Prairie, MO and Nancy Stuckwisch (Rory) of Macomb, IL; his grandchild Courtney Darst (Alan) of O'Fallon, MO; his son Zachery Rule (Erica) of O'Fallon, MO; his great grandchildren, EllieMae of O'Fallon, MO, Clayton of O'Fallon, MO and Garrett Darst of O'Fallon, MO; his nieces, Nina of Kansas City, MO and Roxanne of Kansas City, MO; and his cousins, Richard, Ginger and Ray Burgess. He is also survived by two great nieces, one great nephew.
