She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Luther Lung and Chloe Lung (Lickey); her husband Herman Reeder Koester; her stepson Philip Caldwell (Helen); her sister Edna Lung Peterson; and also Roy "Bud" Lung.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Caldwell Vankan (Edwin Vankan), Anthony (Tony) Caldwell (Sharon Twaddle Caldwell) and Angela Caldwell Morrell (Jeff Morrell); her grandchildren, Noah Caldwell (Laura McMillan Caldwell), Lacee Caldwell Beck (Alex Beck), Alex Morrell and Joe Morrell; her great grandchildren, Atley, Piper Caldwell, Ava and Jake Beck; and her sisters, Emmie Lung Vawter and Theda Lung Bedwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
