He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Applegate and Melba Fugate Applegate; and his sister Linda Rouse. He is survived by: his sisters, Terry Stambaugh (Lloyd) of St. Augustine, Dixie Applegate of Vail, Debra Applegate of Seminole and Dawn Ford (Max) of Macomb; and his nieces and nephews, Corey Rouse (Amy), Tim Rouse, Jaime Rouse, Terry Thorman (Rick), Connie Schotts (Matt), Diane Stambaugh (Troy Friday), Skyler Ford and Max Ford (Kimberly). He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and many great-great-nieces and nephews.
