He is survived by: his father Landon Wade of Peoria, Illinois; his siblings, Tyce Wade of Macomb and Breanna Wade of Toulon, Illinois; his grandparents, Debra Miller of Toulon, Phyllis Jacobs of Peoria and Paul Hackwith of Manitou, Illinois; and his close friend Tanner Bryan of Galesburg.
