Effie O. Burgess Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Effie O. Burgess of Macomb, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2024 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her children, David W. Burgess and Adrienne A. Herndon; and her parents, John Henry and Nellie. She is survived by: her son Steve Burgess (Patricia) of Schaumburg, IL; and her grandchildren, Megan Burgess-Garcia (Erick), Katie Burgess, Ryan Burgess (Mallory), Kolette Dunlap (Ashton) and Jessica Herndon.
