He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Crawford and Bessie Crawford (Aten); and his grandfather Aten. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Lucille Watson; his children, Shelley Standley (Jim) of Macomb, IL, Rebecca Devine (Brian) of Pekin, IL, Jeffrey Crawford (Jan Ballou) of Rocheport, MO, Jeannie Spencer (Gary) of Morrison, IL, Thomas Shockley (Becky) of Panama City, FL and Wade Shockley of Paris, IL; his grandchildren, Bryce Standley (Kelly), Corey Standley (Kelsey), Jessica Devine, Benajmin Devine (Anna), Jacob Devine (Katy), Terry Ballou-Crawford (Courtney Cooksey), Clark Ballou-Crawford (Erin Simar), Jett Ballou-Crawford, Madeline Kull, Abigail Kull, Eric Kull, Megan Opiekun (Adam), Jeffery Roeder (Constanze) and Tom Shockley (Jessica); his brothers, Loel Crawford of LaFollette, TN and Bob Walsh of Texas; his child Donnie; and his pet Tootsie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bushnell Township Cemetery (1400 E Hail St, Bushnell, IL 61422). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at 6 West Side Square, Macomb, IL 61455.
