He is survived by: his wife Donna Gallahue; his daughter Debi Plate of Macomb; his grandsons, Ronnie and Rick Plate; his great grandchildren, Ross, Natalie, Hadley and Rogue Plate; and his siblings, John Huckabey of Macomb, Illinois, Jane Patterson of Rushville and Peggy Blevins of Bentonville, Arkansas..
