She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Creasy and Shirley Creasy (Reynolds); and her brother Kevin Creasy. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Caffey; her granddaughter Kayla Thurman; her great grandchildren, Arabella of Macomb, Illinois, Nash of Macomb, Illinois and Leighton of Macomb, Illinois; her siblings, Victoria Miller of Blandinsville, Illinois, Marlin Creasy (Margaret) of Colchester, Kent (Judy) and Rob Creasy (Cindy) of Oceanside; and her sister-in-law Cindy Creasy.
