She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Sr. Coffey and Susan Kesler Coffey; her former husband Roy McGuire; and her sister Lori Hulett. She is survived by: her husband Keith Wade; her daughters, Jennifer McGuire, Melissa Sterling (Tony) and April McGuire; her stepdaughters, Kristina of Omaha, Nebraska, Krystal-Lynn of Omaha, Nebraska, Grace of Omaha, Nebraska and Kimberly Wade of Omaha, Nebraska; and her brothers, Kevin Coffey (Danette) and Forrest Jr. Coffey (Judy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; one great-grandchildren.
