She is survived by: her sons, Steve Teslicka (Carla) of Macomb, Chris Teslicka of Melrose Park and Tom Teslicka (Linda) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her sister Carol Leo (Don) of Elgin. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
