He is survived by: his children, Shane Surratt (Melissa Robers), Heather Klotz (Bill Schroeder), Joseph Surratt (Nicole), Shawn Surratt (Royale), Corey Surratt (Kara), Chelsie Wilson, Tanner Surratt (Jamie) and Dallas Surratt (Kylee Hoagland); and his sisters, Diana Delong, Donna Willey, Dawn Surratt and Devonna Kopp. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
