With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Hoffman (Mackinaw, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on August 29, 2013 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Carlson and Eunice Hines Carlson; her children, Barbara Bainbridge (Tom) of Lexington, NC, Mark Hoffman of Deer Creek and James Hoffman (Karen) of Mackinaw; her grandsons, Brian, Chad, David and Sam; her great grandchildren, Paul, Layla, Maggie and Lucy; and her sister Sandra Blank (Art) of Springfield.
Memorials may be made to Mackinaw Rescue Squad or Hopedale Medical Complex Building Fund.
