He is survived by: his wife Janet Stamm; his children, Jonathan Kolves of Peoria, Dawn Anderson (Andy) of Yuma and Heather Gottner (Ray) of Joliet; his grandchildren, Devin Anderson, Jarod Anderson (Kaitlyn), Xander Gottner, Rylan Gottner and Wyatt Gottner; his great grandchildren, Daniel and Rosalie Grace Anderson; and his siblings, Ken Kolves (Karen) of Florida, Mike Kolves of Havana, Marvin Kolves of Havana and Diana Burrows (Robert Chase) of Wisconsin.
