She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Patrick and Michele Wilson Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Smith; her daughters, Breanne Smith and Kelsey Smith; her grandson Asher Tomm; and her brother Aaron Patrick (Monica). She is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews and cousins, aunts and uncles.
