Geneva Pelton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva Pelton (Mackinaw, Illinois), born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2011, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foote and Viola Powell Foote; her siblings, Herbert Foote and Peggy Daniels; her daughter Karol Gresham; and her stepchildren, Kevin Pelton, Cathy Pelton and Karen Dunn.

She is survived by: her children, Karan Parmele (Jerry) of Mackinaw, Kathy Sanders (James) of Columbia, TN, Ross Allen Coil (Vicki) of Lake Ozark, MO, Crystal Huey (Pat) of St. Peters, MO and Kitty Gray (John) of Mayflower, AR; and her stepchildren, Venice Garcia (Nelson) of Plainfield, Eric Fechner (Tammy) of Hinsdale, James Richard Pelton (Vicki) of Ottawa and Lisa Pelton of Chicago. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to her church or Mackinaw Rescue Squad.
