He was predeceased by: his parents, William McDonald and Mary Vitco McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Arnold; his children, Elizabeth Butts of Bloomington, Katy Kraft of Bloomington, Patrick McDonald of Florida, Mark McDonald of Cincinnati and Tim McDonald of St. Charles; and his siblings, Karen Saykes of St. Louis and Dr. William McDonald of Florida.
