He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wayne and Minnie Tisdale Lockenour; his former wife Regina "Jeannie" Winters; and his sister Bonnie Vargo. He is survived by: his children, Frankie J. Lockenour (Tracy), Brenda J. Lynch (Kenneth) and Julie A. Miller (Randy); his grandchildren, Brock (Sami), Kaylee (Nate), Brady, Bryce, Derek and Jessica (Briar); his stepchildren, Tony R. Segal and Cherie L. Urekar; his grandchildren, Florijan Jr. (Keri), John, Joshua, Russell (Dan), Kristina and Felicia; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Aubrey, Lena, Lillyana, Bellamy, Erik and Kayden; and his brother Delmar Lockenour (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mackinaw Christian Church (201 S Orchard St, Mackinaw, IL 61755). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Mackinaw Rescue Squad or Mackinaw Christian Church.
