He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Ropp); his children, Barry Henderson of Pekin, Sherry Henderson of Tampa, FL and Holly Hebior (Ken) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Jacob and Anna Hebior; and his siblings, Mary Rein (Ray) of Morton, Ruth Hedrick (Larry) of Marietta, Fern Lovins of Minier, Doris Haas (Joe) of El Paso, Bob Henderson (Donna) of Mackinaw and Tom Henderson of Garland, Texas..

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Art to Hospice Compassus, or the Mackinaw Christian Church Women's Fellowship.
