He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Apgar (Lang) and Richard Apgar; and his wife Donna Apgar (Thomas). He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Gallegos (Richard), Richard Apgar (Jean), David Apgar (Darlene), Wendy Schroeder (Don) and Don Apgar (Chris); and his pets, Rosie and Fluffer Nutter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
