He is survived by: his wife Carol Melvin; his daughters, Carla Bernard (Ken), Tracy Richter (Michael) and Trena McIntire (Mark); his grandchildren, Timothy Bernard (Lyndsey), Jacob Bernard (Kylee), Brittney Hendrickson (Jamie) and Brody McIntire; and his sisters, Sandra McNier (Jerry), Cindy Spitzner and Lynn Buntjer (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
