It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas W. Chapman of Machesney Park, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chapman and Barbara Chapman (Patterson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Novak; his sons, Dr. Jeffrey Chapman (Annariel Lopez) of Abu Dhabi and Michael Chapman (Heather) of Sammamish, WA; his grandchildren, Kaila Lopez (Ryan Todd), Nina Chapman, Lily Chapman, Colin Chapman and Henry Chapman; his siblings, Steven Chapman (Kathy), Susan Chapman (Stephen Whitelaw), Darlene Chapman and William Chapman (Elizabeth); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Chapman, Brooke Chapman, Ross Chapman, Laura Whitelaw and Jenna Whitelaw (Ron).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
