She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Culbreath (Glover) and Charles Culbreath; her husband Robert Vereecken; and her siblings, Ricky, Steve, Donnie Culbreath, Jeanette King (Charles), Loretta Anderson (Glen) and Mary Dillard (Joe).

She is survived by: her brothers, Charles "Chuck" and Kenneth Culbreath; her children, Darryl Vereecken, Tanya Thompson and Shelly Vereecken-Lawhon; her grandchildren, Robert Vereecken, Shanna Jackson, Chelsea Vereecken, Jacob Vereecken, Evan Spedding, Breana Pegues and Karly Vereecken; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Anthony and Judah; and her close friend Joe Cox.
