It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmy Ray Strawbridge of Machesney Park, Illinois, born in Sulligent, Alabama, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion D. Strawbridge and Vada M. Strawbridge; his daughter Candie Kay Doyle; and his siblings, Bobbie Strawbridge, Donnie Strawbridge, Ronnie Strawbridge and Donna Morrow.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Clarke; his children, Carrie De Schepper (Michael) and James Strawbridge (Jacki); his grandchildren, Alissa and Dane Strawbridge; and his sister Patricia Hannawell, Sr. (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
